Follow these steps to copy ID Cards to a single-sided printout on FutureSmart 4 HP Enterprise MFPs:
- On the Home screen of the printer control panel, touch Copy, Options, Scan Mode, and then 2-sided ID.
- Touch Done to save the settings.
- Lift the scanner lid.
- Place the ID card on the left-rear corner of the scanner glass.
- Close the scanner lid.
- Touch Copy to scan the first side of the ID card.
- With one side scanned, lift the scanner lid.
- Turn the ID card over and then place it back in position.
- Close the scanner lid.
- Touch Scan to scan the other side of the card, and then touch Done.
- With the scan complete, both sides of the ID card print on a single side of a page.
